[On Play]
An [On Play] effect activates when the card is played.
The effect resolves as the Character (or Stage) comes into play from your hand. It is the most common timing in the game.
A summary of Bandai's Comprehensive Rules, not a ruling on any one card. Cards that gain [On Play] from an effect are listed too.
